Katanagatari Chapter Ten: True Sword, Scale (刀語(かたながたり) 第十話(だいじゅうわ) 誠刀(せいとう)・銓(はかり), Katanagatari Dai Jū-wa Seitō Hakari) is the tenth novel of the Katanagatari Series, written by Nisio Isin and illustrated by Take. It was released on October 2, 2007[1] in Japanese and on August 25, 2020[2] as a part of the fourth English Omnibus.

Synopsis[]

Swordless “swordsman” Shichika and self-described “schemer” Togame are on a quest to obtain twelve peculiar masterpiece blades. Unveiling the truth about the legendary katanas and their creator as part of a gorgeous tapestry of fates that vie to upend history itself, this hardcover edition, featuring a gatefold color insert, beautiful interior art, and copious bilingual footnotes, is the last of a quartet collecting a best-selling series from the former homeland of samurais and ninjas.[2]
