Hanging High School: The Nonsense User's Disciple (クビツリハイスクール 戯言遣(ざれごとつか)いの弟子(でし), Kubitsuri Hai Sukūru: Zaregoto Tsukai no Deshi) is the third novel of the Zaregoto Series, written by Nisio Isin and illustrated by Take. It was first released on August 5, 2002[1], with a Bunko reprint released on August 12, 2008[2]. An English edition was released on September 24, 2019[3] by Vertical.

Synopsis[]

"My job this time around is to free a student named Ichihime Yukariki from her academy."

"To 'free' her...the way you phrase it makes it sound almost as if the academy's imprisoning that girl, doesn't it?"

Conceding to a strange request from Humanity's Strongest Contractor Jun Aikawa, "I" aka "Nonsense User Ii-chan" has infiltrated Sumiyuri Private Academy, better known as "Hanging High School", and inadvertently plunged himself straight into a veritable tempest of slaughter.
